this is known for using instant finish, if u want to mark it as completed u have to do the whole mission urself

normal human beings are rare nowadays i guess
for me deleting those files fixes this issue  u can find them in the profiles folder `Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\Profiles\`
but only do it if u have cloudsaves enabled
