Duplicite weapons

When using vanilla or modded weapons some of them duplicate this is on forge version 47.4.1 and Minecraft 1.20.1 using the mods better combat and real camera I am not sure if there is a way to fix this and I just don't know about it or if I'm missing something

The 1.21.1 version of Better Combat has fixed this bug, but it's temporarily not fixed in the 1.20.1 version（
