[Feature Request] Any chance for a UI Theme as well?

Hello, firstly, thank you very much for porting Horizon to JetBrains IDEs!

Do you have any plans in doing a UI theme as well?

Workaround

For now I've made a Custom Material Theme.

Requirements to look like the screenshot below: Material Theme UI and Atom Material Icons (Monochrome enabled) by Mallowigi.

We can try to make another variant called Horizon Material based on your attatched work and later on make UI theme that fully corresponds with Horizon theme. What do you think?
