Theme doesn't apply to new windows

When a tab is opened in a new window, that new window seems to apply the default Obsidian theme rather than the Dracula + LYT theme.

On further inspection, it seems that the theme isn't being loaded at all in new windows as the style is missing from the

area when you view it in the Inspector.

Not sure why that is, perhaps it has CSS errors that the main window tolerates but new windows don't?

If I start copying the style.css into a blank style.css file, the window mode view breaks when you paste in lines 556-558:

Have confirmed that deleting these lines from theme.css will fix it up so the theme applies to new windows.
