uesave.exe cant open powershell and just crashes

no like i downloaded the latest release (uesave-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc) and try to open the exe and it opens the powershell and then closes it straight away, even running as admin dosent work

You don't need to double click the exe. The python script calls it. All you need is the path to the exe.
