Cannot Pick Up Pals with F

[TRULYSICKENINGX]

After transferring Linux Dedicated -> Windows Dedicated, I cannot pick up any pals (but they are properly doing work in the bases).

Do I need to drop all Pals and pickup with R? If so, to what extent does this need to be done?

1. All players drop every single pal in party and pickup, and one player drops all working pals and picks up?
2. All players drop every single pal in party, working bench, and entire palbox then pickup?
3. Some other option/combination?
