Following your instructions (and also adding a Pure Fluix Crystal pattern & automation), I was able to reproduce the issue. It appears only reproducible using the Unofficial Extended Life version...
@FastR600 If you don't utilise the JEI/HEI auto-fill (shift-clicking the `+` symbol), and you re-create both the crafting and processing patterns, are you still able to reproduce the issue?
That's good to know, thank you for confirming. Unfortunately when I tested with only AE2 Unofficial Extended Life installed, I was unable to reproduce the issue. I also tried testing...

I did have JEI support enabled. Do you mean after https://github.com/BuiltBrokenModding/ICBM-Classic/commit/8588675cfce55f92f722e8f6b12904215871d854?
I've also been unable to remove it with [ChatFlow](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/chatflow) for some reason.
