[Suggestion] Chisel Add-On Mods

The main purposes of these two mods are to add more blocks that the Chisel can be used on. Particularly, this combination will add chiseled variants for all new wood types introduced by Forestry & Binnie's various mods. (Basically, a Chisel compatibility add-on for Forestry & the various Binnie's mods). I've included the Curse Forge links for the mods I've suggested as well.

Edit: With the addition of Unlimited Chisel Works, compatibility for several blocks from Quark will also be added / gain their own chisel variants as well.
