Add baubles mod.

IC2 and Project E are both compatible with the baubles mod, and it would allow for a hotbar slot to be saved for flying rings, along with the ability to use IC2 energy storage crystals to recharge nano and quantum armor, giving a larger overall EU pool to work with. The mod has virtually zero incompatibilities, and would serve to improve quality of life at the detriment of nothing else.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion! It was actually a conscious decision not to add Baubles, for a similar gameplay to the original Tekkit. Feel free to add it yourself manually though! I'll keep this open though for any further discussion.
