bot does not read database from mongo DB

hello, when trying to mount the bot on my computer I did and install everything necessary for what is required but the bot does not read the mongo db database as shown in the following screenshot and everything is well configured in the database since it has all the ports open and the env is all configured with the password and others (I censor them for security), and if the passwords are correct
