Update Settings screen

It isn't really a complete rewrite at this point but who knows maybe it will drive me insane and I'll make it one :P

Some features:

Undo Button
Tooltip improvements (positioning, value-specific tooltips)
Scrolling Strings
Search bar with the ability to also search for current and possible values
Keybinds: 1. To get to the vanilla settings: Shift + P and 2. To focus the search field: Ctrl + L
Slight graphical improvements
WindowMode and VideoMode have been rewritten
Config.java has been updated substantially
Add options for FOV effects, glint strength and glint speed

I would be happy to receive some feedback

@NXTler since youre an maintainer, could you try running this pr on your machine, to see if everything works correctly?
