Add HDR support

As the title said add hdr

I imagine this would have to go hand in hand with shader support, Minecraft itself has very simplistic colours and lighting, so there isn't any HDR information available to be output

im not good at programming myself 3 months of learning python. i think if its possible why not implement hdr into the mod itself?. or with an experimental hdr something like that.

HDR should be support for shaders.
