block breaking textures break when adding connected textures resource packs

broken packs tested:

1. continuity built in connected textures
2. CTM overhaul

Ctm is not supported on Vulkanmod I think. I had the same issue. Ctm doesn't even work on Vulkan, so it's unnecessary to have the mod installed.
