weird to my ifc file

I successfully use XbimGltf as a class library in my project. 1. I found that for the demo "OneWallTwoWindows.ifc", the out gltf & json ifc.zip data is good. However, for my own .ifc file, the out .gltf & .json file is only 1kb. 2. In previous version, I can get .bin file. But right now I can not get one, what may be my problem?
