Cannot load some IFCs in current version of xBIM Xplorer (XbimGeometry module)

We have som IFCs, that are not completely valid, in older version of xBIM Xplorer were these loaded and shown just fine, even when there were some errors in log (visible in screenshot): We found out, that the problem is causing the commented out code for error handling in XBimGeomteryCreator.cpp file. In older version was this code uncommented, when we try to uncomment it also in newer version, it works and the IFCs are loaded. This is a big problem for us, because we are using the xBIM library in our own viewer and now we are not able to display some IFCs. Is there any reason why this code is commented out in newer version or could it be returned to its previous state? The problematic code starts with line 157 (XbimGeometryCreator.cpp):

it is more than two months and there i don't record any notification from this issue. Is there someone who could be able to look at this or could help me in this problem? I will be glad for any response.

I've a similar issue with a "not so fully valid" file in 2X3 scheme. With newer version the geometric part is empty. At first I thought the problem was the lack of IfcGeometricRepresentationSubContext but it didn't solve the problem when trying to add them in the IfcStore and updating IIfcShapeRepresentation.
