Hi, is it possible to retrieve the IFC bound from IfcBuilding element ?

Now quite sure what you mean. Do you mean the axis-aligned bounding box? Yes, that is possible.

yes, max (X,Y,Z) and min (X,Y,Z)

You need to use our Geometry Engine. After you process the model, you can get bounding boxes of shapes as well as products (product representations usually contain of one ore more shapes which might be direct or mapped with transformations).
