Support for IFC4x2

A Draft of IFC4.2 is out including IfcBridge support. We should look to support it ahead of the official release.

We've undertaken some experimental work on ifc5 already which includes some of the new entities for Infra (e.g. in the Spatial model) so may be able to re-use some of that work.
