Origin not found on PC

I have had this issue for the longest time. Since the EA App became a must for playing FIFA, I can't launch Live Editor because I get an error message saying I can't run the game without Origin being installed. How do I fix this issue? Keep in mind, I already downloaded the latest versions of the LE several times for the last few months, but it never works.
