Depois de uns dias eu achei uma solução. Se seu Live Editor está na área de trabalho(assim como o meu estava) basta move-lo para um disco renomeado com caracteres em inglês(caso esteja nomeado em português)
Exemplo: Área de Trabalho -> Disc (F):
(É necessário deixar o nome do seu Disco em inglês!)
After a few days I found a solution. If your Live Editor is on the desktop (as mine was) just move it to a disk renamed with English characters (if it is baptized in Portuguese or another language)
Example: Desktop -> Disk (F): (It is necessary to leave the name of your Disk in English!)
(Também é necessário desativar seu antivirus!)
(You also need to disable your antivirus!)

@Drosaaw já tentei mudar o nome do meu disco, meu user do windows não tem caracter diferente do inglês e meu antivírus foi até desinstalado pra tentar rodar o anticheat e nada resolve. Vc se lembra de algum detalhe relevante que possa me ajudar?
