Allow customization of identifying actors

Description

  • This PR does two things:
  1. Adds a checkbox to toggle allowing OAuth2 users to identify their homePage via their OAuth2 issuer instead of Moodle's app_url
  2. Adds a dropdown box to allow customization of the Actor's name field. This allows for the removal of the username option, as it now becomes one of many options in the list to choose from.
