Add option to skip updating comments before deleting

Some users (myself included) would like to delete comments but keep the contents of the comments intact. This is useful if you want to delete references to you username, but keep the comments since they could be useful to other users. See this comments for more of an explanation.

I'll try submitting a PR for this.
