Kernel panic after Amphetamine Session
Sorry if this is the wrong place but I couldn't find any other way to get in touch.
I'm getting persistent kernel panic crashes after Amphetamine has been active. This has been going on for months now and I haven't found a solution. It's related to Amphetamine in some way. I can use my machine for a week with no issues but there is almost a guaranteed crash the next time my machine sleeps after an Amphetamine session has been active.
- Macbook Air (Retina, Intel, 2020, 13 inch)
- macOS 11.6.4 (but it has also happened with 11.6.3)
- Amphetamine 5.2.2 (8148)
- panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff801ec6041a): Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks. Suspected bundle: com.apple.driver.AppleIntelICLLPGraphicsFramebuffer. Thread 0x21ca0f.
Always the same error. I have saved the full crash log if that's helpful.
So far I've tried the following to no avail:
- Deleting Amphetamine and related preference files and reinstalling.
- Resetting PRAM
- Resetting SMC
- Disabling Power Nap in the Batter / Power preferences
I don't know if this is an Amphetamine issue or a macOS issue. Either way Amphetamine has become unusable on this machine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
