SleepDisabled sometimes not 1

image I have the following configuration

on Working hours screensaver is disabled, non-Working is enabled both keep System-wide power settings: SleepDisabled = 1

although I notice sometimes the SleepDisabled going to 0 and letting the Mac sleep.

Why is this happening?
