Feature request: save preset
we want to save our settings in home directory, and load them on startup, or by argument from commandline.
i mean that when i set some curve in equalizer, i can save it, and load on next startup for example.
It is possible with the LV2 plugin version (the plugin host provides save/load). You could simply load the plugin in jalv.gtk for example.
The standalone jack application (x42-eq) does not support presets directly. You can however set all parameters on the initially on the commandline or remote control them via OSC.
I've been putting off dedicated save/load off for along time, mainly because there's no suitable cross-platform file-selector, nor text-entry widget that's appropriate to be built into the plugin interface itself. Adding that is on the ToDo list but unlikely to happen in the near future.
