word里有图片的时候，复制图片是空的

## 问题描述 打开一个带图片的word，直接全选+复制，然后在``justmd``里面粘贴（``Paste Word``）。 结果会在文件所在的目录，出现``images``子目录，但是文件字节数是0，应该是文件没写入。 ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/23731186/48329702-cf224000-e684-11e8-8091-1f08c075a8eb.png) 环境： - mac 10.13.1 - justmd-osx-v1.1.1.zip
