RemedyBG never goes to sleep?
I'm not 100% sure about how the RemedyBG main loop is working, but at the moment, even if RemedyBG is not doing anything (no executable is running, the user is not interacting with the window, etc.) it still consumes processor time continuously. There should probably be something in the code that goes into a GetMessage() at some point if there is nothing go on in the debugger so that RemedyBG can go to sleep until the user tries to do something? While this isn't super relevant on desktops, it's important on laptops since it will burn battery unnecessarily.
