Keyboard re-binding

[direbroom] Keyboard re-binding (specifically I'd love to bind "Control->Break" to a key).

I'd like to rebind F9 - Toggle breakpoint in text window to something else. F9 is close to F10 which steps over a line, so it's slightly inconvenient when you hit the wrong key and code scrolls 800 lines below.

I also think move convenient navigation in text windows would be a good feature. I don't think Vim mode would fit but something like it. Ability to skip over large blocks of code like functions, structures, comment sections, etc. Search might be useful as well.
