In Silence open Settings and turn off "Skip notification". This is not a normal log of course but still something like that.

Hey @vardidze-rostom, this is just a hunch, but do you happen to use LineageOS Dialer or a derivative? If so, see my comment in #34. Just make sure you're up-to-date and it should work.
