So.. I did some stuff

I cleaned up the code. A lot.

I created the ignore_domains functionality that allows you to ignore certain domains.

I also incorporated the stuff in pr #49. Also in this branch I have the pr #41 functionality, to see the difference.

Also incorporated pr #64. I thought that was a good idea.
