Translation system testing

We use crowdin for managing translations. Head over over to crwd.in/rcx and create an account or sign in. I haven't yet had the time to write a guide for translators, so here's a few things:

• Some languages are pre-translated using machine translation. In that case, translators only need to check and correct the automatic translations.
• French for example is a machine-translated lanuguage. After you have joined the rcx project on crowdin, I'll need to assign you to the 'proofreader' role - otherwise, you cannot edit the machine translations.
• Report problems on this issue.

Hey, I've reviewed the Spanish translation, keep in mind that I'm not from Spain, so it's more a Latin American Spanish, although I think it can be used for both Spanish from Spain and Latam. I had a couple of question though.

I have put these questions/issues on Crowdin itself but reading OP I guess I should also put them here. WebDAV is written as Webdav in the source strings, also (I think) there is an error in one source string: qingstor_endpoint_hint.
