Popup Menu's not following app-theme

All PopupMenu-Instances are not switching to the Dark theme. Maybe this is due to the usage of a manual theming system, we should switch to a night-colorfile and use that instead of two different files

I'm not actually sure if that's unintended though. If we make the menus dark, will that work with the manual toggle?
