What version of RCX are you using (About -> App version)?
1.11.4 playstore
What problem are you trying to solve?
Would be great if you could save a "default" serve option which automatically gets started once you open a remote I already love the feature of having my remote as an homescreen shortcut but still have to activate serve every time before beeing able to use my remote in different apps.
even further feature: individual saved serve options for each remote with an "autostart" checkbox or smth...
What should RCX be able to do differently with help this problem?
serve autostart
Saving default server options sounds like a good idea. However, I'm not quite understanding how this "default serve" should be activated. I'm trying to reshape your feature request into something that is useful for every RCX user.
Could you explain your use case or workflow a bit more?
Wow thx for the superfast response 👍 Sorry when my description was a bit confusing... Basically I would like rcx to behave like when I run rclone with serve from termux (open + serve the remote in one go)
rclone serve http remote:
So when I open a remote in the rcx main window (or even open my remote shortcut on my homescreen) i would like it to automatically start serving this remote via http (instead going in the options of the remote/folder and activate it every time)

I would love to be able to save the configuration for serving a remote and activate it via a widget/shortcut, or one click option within RCX.
My use case is that I frequently want to serve a folder over WebDAV with the same settings each time. Currently it takes a few too many steps to do so.
