Extension detected even without uBlock enabled

I've just tested this, and the problem consistently shows up for me. Here are the combinations I've tried:

1. uBlock Origin enabled + this extension enabled = BLOCKED
2. uBlock Origin enabled + this extension disabled = Works
3. uBlock Origin disabled + this extension enabled = BLOCKED
4. uBlock Origin disabled + this extension disabled = Works
