VxeUI.setLanguage 方法调用后，页面不刷新，无法立即修改

这个需求解决了什么问题：

  1. VxeUI.setLanguage 方法调用后，若页面不刷新，无法使表格的i18n立即生效

  2. 但分页组件会立即变化，但效果是不是有问题，如图： image

建议的 API 是什么样的：

  1. 立即生效
  2. 正常显示英文
