GRanges object contains missing values

Hi, I am running esATAC for case control with replicatess (atacRepsPipe2) with mm10 and motifs=NULL.

After the first replicate of case sample has run through libcomplexQC, SamToBed conversion seems to work but it failes at BedToBigWig with an error message shown in the attached screenshot.

Any pointers to where should I start the troubleshooting.
