ESS is not a recognized major mode in all-the-icons. What happens if the R file is given a lowercase extension?

You can open a PR and add all the ESS modes you care about in the icons alist.

I don't use consult and am not familiar with it so I don't know. What I know is they must be using one of the `all-the-icons-icons-for-*` functions in this package.
