Make in Gervill reverb control

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I can't disable reverb in Gervill Synthesiser.

Describe the solution you'd like Add Gervill configuration in settings, where you can control reverb.

Additional context I converted gm.dls into gm.sf2 because Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth does not support panning. An when using Gervill, all instrument got reverb. But i don't want to hear reverb, because GM/GS does not have reverb.
