网站上关于使用devcpp/gcc下安装的说明应该更新了

按照网站上的说明使用下面的链接参数编译会提示找不到gdiplus系列函数 -lgraphics -lgdi32 -limm32 -lmsimg32 -lole32 -loleaut32 -lwinmm -luuid -mwindows 需要加上-lgdiplus才能正确编译
