对于普通消息，公众号只能被动回复。除非在48小时内和公众号产生特定动作的交互时，才可以主动回复

@TMaize 这个是微信规定的。但48小时之内有过动作交互。过了48小时，还是关了呀，这块是不是代码的问题了？
