Not all locks are screensavers, either. Perhaps to be more generic: Failed to run "%1." Ensure you have a locker/screensaver compatible with xdg-screensaver installed and running.
Categories are an inherent part of the Freedesktop (XDG for old fogies) spec. They're there to stay unless you can convince those folks to get rid of them (won't happen).
