The reason why people are getting the StringIndices issue

While making my own, I discovered the reason as to why the script would crash if you had a certain number of tags. Fiddler returned this:

<response reason="You can only search up to 6 tags at once with a basic account" success="false"/>

So, it would seem that E621 only allows searching 6 tags. If you allow a version that lets you login, then people wouldn't have to spend all of their tags excluding certain ones.

It works just as well and comes with a GUI, it also fixes the tag-limit. So, you can use it in the meantime while we wait for @wwyaiykycnf :)
