CIFAR10 giving on 0.37 accuracy

I completed the code for cifar10 and made it run. The model gets 0.37 accuracy which is very disheartening. Do you think there is a problem with the code or model itself is bad?

We are about to run experiment on cifar10 in days. The result will be reported soon.
