Tag a release?

Hi @wwood, thanks for the fantastic tool. What are your thoughts on tagging a release to get some of the work you've done onto bioconda and compiled packages? Eg. looking forward to leveraging bwa-mem2. Thanks for your consideration!

Thanks for the kind words.

I keep finding little things to fix. At a minimum, would want to update the bird tool utils dep and so change to newest version of the argument parsing library, which is a bit annoying I think.

Have to admit I'm a bit hazy on the state of things after the break.

Probably worth a release after that, unless I find something else.
