Describe the bug
I have two presets, one for my headphone jack and one for my HDMI output. I have an Equalizer effect for the headphones preset, but when I switch to HDMI output and back to my headphones in KDE, the effect starts paused and I have to manually turn it on.
Expected Behavior
The presets load with all the effects enabled or disabled according to memory.

What exactly are you turning on? There are some situations where PipeWire takes the decision of stopping playback. For example when forcing EasyEffects process to exit while playing audio through it. There is nothing we can do about this because PipeWire is the one handling audio activity.
