Re-enabling causes crackling problems

Describe the bug

I used a preset in the old version and everything was fine until today when I upgraded to 8.0.0, when I load my preset it works fine for first time but when I pause it (via on/off at top left corner) then I re-enable it it starts to produce crackling and noise, then when I delete Limiter effect the cackling is gone, and if I re-load my preset the Limiter is enabled without any crackling.

Hum... I did some tests with your preset file but so far nothing strange happened even using the on/off button.
