Spectrum can't go higher then 22.000 Hz

Describe the bug

EasyEffects > Preferences > Spectrum > Frequency range > Maximum

I have a headset that can go up to 40 kHz but in the spectrum I can only select up to 22 kHz

Expected Behavior

I can choose up to 40.000 Hz instead of 22.000 Hz in spectrum

Although it is a very unusual situation I think it should be mostly a matter of allowing a larger frequency range in the frequency axis calculation. unless I am forgetting something.

Sorry it's the passive frequency range 😅 Active is also 20.000 😉
