easyeffects crashes silentlly at system start

Describe the bug

EasyEffects crashes on system startup, producing a coredump (see attachment). I use it with PipeWire, and the user configuration is the default.

no silent crashes

Hum... The contents of the dump do not show the crashing happening in EasyEffects code. Something unusual seems to have happened while glib/gtk was interacting with the nvidia driver. Strange...

More or less the same situation as the previous dump. Something odd is happening inside a system library and EasyEffects is being killed. But it is not entierly clear to me which library. Now PipeWire libraries are being shown at the top of the dump.
