Spectrum Dots Shape Covering X Axis Labels

Describe the bug
When using the dots spectrum shape, the x axis labels are a lot harder to see than when using the line or bar shapes. You can only see them when a dot is lifted because it is the only shape option that overlaps with the x axis. Moving the minimum position of the dots up a bit would fix this and make it consistent with the other shapes.
The labels covered might be more visually appealing/clean looking so maybe some people would actually prefer that and it might be a nice setting addition to the Spectrum settings menu so that enjoyers could have it on all of the shapes.
Somehow I've never noticed this. The issue gets more visible the larger is the window. Curious.
The Qt branch does the drawing using Qt Graphs instead oy my own custom drawing code and so far I did not see this issue happening there. Let's close it.
