Describe the bug

I cannot change the language in the program itself without relying on using env LANG=C on the command line. It would be nice to have a button to set my preferred language. Some translations in PT_BR are too difficult to follow in tutorials.

Expected Behavior

Have a button to change prefered language

I think this was considered in the past. But at least at that moment it did not seem possible to do this without restarting the app with LANG set to the desired value. So we gave up on the idea. I do not know if things have changed.
