[Request] Default display of Effects instead of Players

Upon launching, open the Effects "tab" (as in PulseEffects) instead of Players.

It really should just remember the last open tab.

I prefer to have this as a configuration. Most of the times I want to see the output tab. Having the input tab visible just because it happened I used it for the last time won't be productive.

In the end it was easier to make the app remember the last used tab by default. It is implemented in our Qt branch.

Initially I thought about providing a configuration for this but it is going to require much more work than I initially thought.
